After two weeks of overcast humid weather, today was relatively bright – but cold. Just at the freezing point. (Some friends have already been skating on the smaller lakes a bit north of Stockholm, but that was last weekend.)
We passed the Drottningholm palace. The king is home, eagerly awaiting the Nobel Price ceremony later today.
After a coffee break at Kungs Hatt, with freezing hands in the poogies and ice building on the kayak from the water and air temperature, we rounded Kärsön.
Looks wonderfully cold! Beautiful.
