Time for the last exercise before next weeks expedition. Peter is back in town.

Went for Tappström for a break and a swim.

But did not find a decent place to land. Instead saw a number of ospreys and this little beauty.

So we continued up the west side of Lovön and happened upon a bunch of bathers, including old colleague Goofo.

Returned in the usual troubled Bromma waters making it an almost 30 km trip and arrived late to the crayfish party.
